Lamina Processing

Our range of Lamina processing equipment has capacities of 1000-5000 kg per hour & consists of:

• Tipping table.
• Bale Slicers.
• Conditioning, Loosening and Opening of all Lamina types.
• Casing application system (DCCC).
• Steam atomized water sprays, contacting the product when cascading in even free fall in the cylinder.
• Classifying Chamber – High efficiency classifier, with either closed loop or open loop process air circulation, used for separating unwanted heavy particles and classification of your product.

• Separate support structures for the lower base and the upper drying section of the dryers,so that no distortion of either structure occurs due to thermal expansion.

• Cooling zone processed air, can be either open or closed loop recirculation.
• Blending Silos.
• Rotary Dryer.
• Toaster.
• Auto feeds.
• Pneumatic lifts.

All product and process contact surfaces being produced from stainless steel and are fully insulated where necessary.
